Light the Fire - Youth Rally 2008

• All registration forms but must be received by May 30, 2008.
• Late registration will be accepted with an additional cost of $10.00 per participant.
• As per the diocesan guidelines there is to be one chaperone for every 8 students.
• Name of attendants can be changed until June 13, 2008 to insure proper nametags.
• Program registration will be accepted until June 13, 2008.
• All fees are non-refundable
Transportation
• Directions to Crestwood High School are provided on the web-site.
• Parking will take place at Crestwood High School with transportation provided to St. Jude Church and Light the Fire Rally.
• Transportation will begin at 9:00am.
• There will be limited transportation through the day. Please bring all you need for the rally with you from Crestwood High School.
Payments and Check-In
• Payment will be accepted upon arrival. However, in order to speed the check-in process it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that payment will be made in advance.
• Checks can be made to Combined Youth Ministry.
• Check-in will take place in St. Jude School starting at 10:00am and extends until 12:00pm.
• Upon arrival you will be given a name tag to be worn at all times, a schedule of events for the day, and other information necessary for the day.
Food and Recreation
• Dinner will be provided through your registration fee.
• Food may also be purchased throughout the day.
• There will be an area for recreation as well as a place to browse our sponsors and interact with presenters.
Emergencies and Security Information
• We have an area set aside in case of an emergency.
• Though cell phones are permitted during the rally they are asked to be limited for emergency use only.
• Chaperones are responsible for their group. If someone needs to leave the rally early they MUST be released through their chaperone. No one will be allowed to leave the rally grounds without the chaperone’s knowledge.
For security reasons, only members attending the rally will be allowed on rally grounds. All visitors may come to the Parish Center
